This is the largest development project to date, by Soho Estates. The building is situated right in the heart of Soho at the location of the old Foyles Bookshop. ‘Rose’ is not only a part of the building name but also the main architectural theme. The facade is covered with bespoke cladding. Our exterior lighting, discreetly integrated into the building fabric, celebrating these intricate architectural forms and details.
